Letter of Invitation (LOI):
To enter Turkmenistan all travelers are required to have a  tourist visa. The tourist visas are delivered on the basis of an issued visa support letter, also referred to as a Letter of Invitation.
«AK YOL TRAVEL» is a licensed travel agency in Turkmenistan that can provide you with the Letter of Invitation. The LOI requires usually 10 working days to process.
With an approved LOI you can apply for your visa at a Turkmen embassy or consulate abroad, or obtain it directly at the Turkmen land border at Gaudan (Bajgiran/Mashad, Iran), Farab (Bukhara, Uzbekistan), Dashoguz (Shavat\Khiva, Uzbekistan), Bekdash (Aktau, Kazakhstan) ; at the sea port in Turkmenbashi, or at the international airport in Ashgabat upon arrival.

TO ARRANGE A LETTER OF INVITATION WE NEED THE FOLLOWING DETAILS:

A good quality scanned copy of the photo page of your passport, sent by email (full page that clearly shows all text, photo, signature and bar code). Be sure that your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of arrival in Turkmenistan;
One recent color passport-size photo

Itinerary (travel route) inside Turkmenistan

The chosen dates and places of entry and departure into/out of Turkmenistan
Home address (full address of permanent residence; not the address of temporary residence)
Name of educational institute (name of institute of last/highest educational certification) 
Place of institute (place and country)
Field of study (department, faculty, field/direction/specialization, for example medicine, economics, engineering, linguistics, management, history, law)
Work position (position/function/title of current job, for example economist, engineer, medical doctor, retired, housewife, student)
Place of work (name and place of work and address)
Previous visits to Turkmenistan (year, month and purpose)
Scanned copies should be made only from original documents and send in e-mail attachment in JPEG or PDF format, high-definition and file size minimum 250 KB. 
Images from camera/mobile phone are not acceptable
Please note:

1. The last decision about result of the letter of invitation depends on the Turkmenistan Migration Department;

1. The Company doesn't arrange the letter of invitation only, we have to render you a tour package of tourist services as well.

Payment:
The company doesn't include fee for Turkmenistan entry visa into program's price. You pay cash at airport, border or embassy, i.e. at any place you get the Turkmenistan entry visa. The visa fee is about 55-75$ depending on nationality, 10-14$ custom fee. First you will need to make a PCR Covid test. The test costs about 33 US dollars. 
We advise you to carry the exact amount with you, not damaged banknotes; sometimes there may be no change, and torn or damaged banknotes are not accepted.

Our tour company offers you different itineraries around Turkmenistan. You may choose any tour on the web site and contact us for the price. Also you can include or exclude some points of the program. Even you may propose your own program of sightseeing. According to that the manager will make individual program, calculate it and e-mail you immediately.
