Upon arrival at Ashgabat International Airport, you will be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel. After a brief rest, the tour begins with a scenic drive to the Nohur mountain village. The drive takes approximately 2 hours for the 145 km journey. Explore the unique culture of the Nohur people, known for their distinct traditions and architecture. Afterward, you'll visit the famous Kov Ata underground lake, known for its warm, mineral-rich water. This is a unique opportunity to swim in a thermal lake inside a cave. Return to hotel. Enjoy a leisurely morning in Ashgabat. You'll have time for further exploration of the city's sights, such as the Independence Monument and the National Museum. You will journey continues to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ancient Nissa, the capital of the Parthian Empire. Depart for the Karakum Desert and the highlight of the tour: the Darvaza Gas Crater, also known as the "Gates of Hell." The drive to Darvaza is about 270 km and takes approximately 4-5 hours. Arrive at the gas crater just before sunset. You will witness the spectacular sight of the crater's flames as the sun goes down, creating a truly mesmerizing and otherworldly landscape. You will have plenty of time to explore the area and take photos. Enjoy barbeque dinner near the burning gas crater Return to Ashgabat (slow driving after dark). Arrival at the hotel before or just after midnight. Night at the hotel.

Early in the morning flight to Mary at 06:30/07:10. Upon arrive in Mary Airport and immediately proceed to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ancient Merv, one of the great cities of the Silk Road. Explore the impressive ruins, including the Sultan Sanjar Mausoleum and the Erk Gala fortress. After your visit to Merv, you will continue your journey to the Farap border crossing. The drive from Merv to the border is about 290 km and takes approximately 5-6 hours . You will cross the border into Uzbekistan, where your tour concludes.
