This 6-days, 5-nights tour of Turkmenistan begins with your arrival in Ashgabat, where a guide will meet you and take you to your hotel. On the second day, you'll visit the historical site of Nissa and then explore the Kow-Ata underground lake, known for its warm, emerald-green water. On the third day, you'll travel to Mary and tour the ancient city of Merv, one of the largest and most important cities of the ancient world. The fourth day is dedicated to visiting Gonurdepe, a significant archaeological site that was one of the centers of ancient civilization. On the fifth day, you'll return to Ashgabat for a city tour, including visits to landmarks such as the Ertugrul Gazi Mosque and the National Museum. The sixth day includes a trip to Darvaza to see the famous burning crater in the Karakum Desert. The tour concludes on the seventh day with a transfer to the airport for your departure.

Arrival to Ashgabat international airport in the early morning by Turkmenistan Airlines. Tour guide will meet you with “Ak yol travel” signboard at meeting area and transfer to the hotel. Upon arrival check in and overnight at the hotel. Breakfast is at the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast drive to Nissa Historical Park - located on a natural high platform at the foothills of the Kopetdag Mountains. Nissa owes its importance to the early Parthian rulers who took over control of the area in III c. BC. Then visit Kow-Ata underground lake that is located 107 km from Ashgabat. The Turkmen name Kow-Ata means Father of caves. At first glance, this underground area appears like a magnificent auditorium: the overall length of the cave is 230 m, its height reaches 20 m, and its width is at some points 57 m. The bottom of the cave is covered with lumps of dissolved limestone (stalagmites), and its warm and gushing water is clear and emerald colored. The water has a constant temperature of 33-37°C. Breakfast at the hotel. Then drive to Darwaza in the Karakum desert, with visit of Erbent desert community on the way. Darwaza - The center of a gas-rich area in the heart of the Karakum desert attracts travelers from all over the world because of its unique burning crater that offers a particularly spectacular view in the dark. Dinner time and overnight tent or yurt.

After camp style breakfast drive to Ashgabat. Arrival in Ashgabat early afternoon. Free evening on your own to explore the city. Check-in to hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Early morning transfer to Ashgabat airport, first morning flight to Mary at 06:30/07:10 (flight time could be changed). Upon arrival excursion to an Ancient Merv– Merv, located at the former banks of the Murghab River, was the most important Silk Road hub in the region, and particularly thriving as regional capital under Seljuk governor Sanjar. Merw is the collective name of five urban centers that existed under various different names in different periods from the VI c BC up to the XVIII c AD. The capital competed with the cities of the Islamic world such as Baghdad, Cairo and Damascus. Guided tour: Gyz Gala, Erk Gala, Soltan Gala, the Mausoleum of Soltan Sanjar, Ashabs, Yusup- Hamadani and Ibn Zeid Mausoleum. Returning to Mary, visiting History Museum. short walking tour within the central part of Mary City which has The Regional Mosque of Mary Province, The Central Theater of Mary, The Convention & Conference Center “Ruhiyet Koshgi”, Central Park & Monument of Mollanepes-the National Classic Poet who lived in Mary in XVIII-XIXcc. Afterwards transfer to Mary airport, flight for Ashgabat at 20:15/20:55 (flight time could be changed) arrival and transfer to hotel. Night at the hotel.
